Acreage also owns Universal Hemp, LLC, a hemp subsidiary dedicated to the distribution, marketing and sale of CBD products throughout the U.S. Since its founding in 2011, Acreage has focused on building and scaling operations to create a seamless, consumer-focused, branded experience. The Botanist is both a retail and product brand, focused on using the holistic power of cannabis to help wellness seekers. The Botanist offers a wide selection of cannabis-derived products, features a “science meets nature” retail design, and aims to help guide guests as they discover cannabis and the power of herbal wellness through cannabis expertise and education. The Botanist respects the plant – we understand the importance of mindful cultivation and are committed to yielding pesticide-free, trusted, quality cannabis from our extensive collection of rare and exclusive varietals. From genetic selection and cultivation to treatment and harvest, we carefully control every element during each step of the cannabis plant’s growing cycle. The result? Superb, top-notch cannabis that is reliable, predictable and more.

Breakwater Alternative Treatment Center:

A breakwater is a formation that protects the shore from the forces of the ocean. In the same way that a physical breakwater protects the shore, at Breakwater our goal is to protect our patients by providing them with consistent, high quality products in a safe environment. Our motto “A Safe Harbor” represents our philosophy and we hope you can feel it when you visit. The Breakwater Way describes our uncompromising commitment to providing the highest quality cannabis products and services in New Jersey. Our thoroughly trained cultivators, dedicated harvest crew, specialized laboratory technicians and highly precise trimmers produce our top-quality products. Our meticulous team of packagers, diligent maintenance and cleaning teams, together with our knowledgeable and friendly budtending staff deliver the results of our hard work to our patients. All of us together make Breakwater New Jersey’s premiere cannabis dispensary.

Columbia Care:

From introducing the U.S.’s first legal credit card for cannabis purchases, to starting the 100 million ways to break the opioid crisis research initiative, to advocating for access for patients of all types around the U.S. and the world, we have led the way in this industry and will continue to do so for the good of our business and our patients. As an experienced multi-state operator, some of our key achievements include six-plus years of strong organic growth, 1 million patient sales transactions, 63 facilities in operation or development, and 39 licenses in 15 markets. Columbia Care New Jersey has one dispensary and cultivation facility open both conveniently located in Vineland, a centralized location in the South region. It anticipates additional dispensaries coming online in both Deptford and Hamilton Township  (Atlantic County).

Curaleaf:

Providing patients with quality cannabis for health and wellness has been our focus for the last decade. Along the way, we’ve learned exactly how to cultivate the cleanest, purest cannabis strains from hand-grown, healthy and happy plants. While cannabis flower is a marvel, we believe that cannabis isn’t one-size-fits all. So, in addition to offering fresh cured flower, we also craft quality, lab-tested cannabis products, which are available in multiple product formats. Lots of dispensaries just focus on cannabis. At Curaleaf, we focus on your relationship with cannabis. We value your history with it — or lack thereof — and your feelings towards this ancient plant that’s brought us together. Set up a private consultation or just come in to learn more - you can ask us anything. This is our forte. That’s why our products are available in a wide variety of strains, terpenes, delivery methods, dosages, cannabinoids and ratios. Something for everyone.

Harmony Foundation of New Jersey:

Harmony’s CEO, Shaya Brodchandel, and COO, Yuhuda Meer, assumed leadership of the company in 2016. Harmony began dispensing medicinal cannabis to registered New Jersey (NJ) patients in 2018. We established our relationship with the Department of Health (DOH) over 5 years ago, fostered that relationship through the application process and have now been successfully dispensing our own product for almost 3 years. Harmony moved seamlessly from certification to production, dispensing our high-quality product almost immediately upon securing our license. We grew from zero transactions to 45,000 in our first year alone. During the intervening three years we have continued growing from a new startup to a mid-sized company with almost 90 employees. From the beginning we have proudly been a NJ company – headquartered in New Jersey and wholly led by New Jersey natives. Our profits are reinvested in our business here in NJ and we answer only to our patients in this state and the regulators who care for the people of New Jersey. These have been challenging but exciting times to be part of the NJ Medicinal Marijuana Program. First, in early 2020, we were hit with the Covid-19 pandemic which, with the effective policies and measures taken by the Governor and the DOH, we have fortunately weathered and remain as strong as ever. Our expert cultivators and technicians currently have over ten thousand (10,000+) plants of diverse genetic selections totaling strains at all stages of development—from seedling to harvest-ready. New strains are being developed monthly. We have become experts in the use of the Containerized Bench system for maximizing output and reliability of delivery. Now, after the November 2020 success of the adult use referendum, we stand on the precipice of an entirely new industry with new markets and a whole new range of industry participants. Harmony looks forward to continuing our role as the only fully independent NJ Alternative Treatment Center (ATC) serving our residents first and foremost.

iAnthus Capital Holdings:

Our mission is to create the most valuable cannabis brands and network of cannabis operations and distribution nationally. Cannabis will be the next great transformative industry. Our goal is to give investors diversified exposure to this rapidly evolving opportunity through our vertically integrated licensed businesses in major markets across the U.S.
