WHO WE ARE
The New Jersey Cannabis Trade Association (NJCTA) is comprised of the state’s permitted medical and adult-use cannabis operators. The mission of the NJCTA is to ensure the legal cannabis marketplace is not only safe, accessible and affordable but also equitable and just. To achieve this, the NJCTA strives to shape public awareness and encourage the implementation of thoughtful and responsible cannabis policy in New Jersey and serves as a singular voice before the executive branch, legislature, Cannabis Regulatory Commission and the media on the complex matters that impact our industry.

Todd Johnson
Executive Director
Todd has served as Executive Director since November 2022. Prior to this, he served as Treasurer from the NJCTA's inception in 2020 until October 2022. He is also a co-founder of Community Greenhouse, a mission driven cannabis company that will be opening a dispensary in Newark, NJ.

General Counsel
Michael is General Counsel of the New Jersey Cannabis Trade Association and a Partner in Foley Hoag’s national Cannabis Practice.
